Saber Ammori, the co-CEO and co-founder of Wireless Vision, has over 35 years of experience in business and entrepreneurship, with track record of starting several successful businesses.  As a successful member of the Chaldean community, Saber is passionate about giving back to the foundation that supported him…. But it doesn’t stop there! Saber’s vision is to bring the Learn with a Leader program to diverse communities across the Metro Detroit area. 

 

Our first Learn with a Leader cohort included 13 emerging leaders hand-selected out of over 50 applicants. During monthly sessions, hosted on-location by a range of Speakers (from entrepreneurs and executives to academic Deans and professional coaches), the group learned lessons coming out of a wide variety of industries and fields. 

 

In our first year, topics included Creating Vision and Purpose, Character as a Leader, Inspiring Trust, Emotional Intelligence, Leading Culture, Building Great Teams, Critical & Strategic Thinking, Connecting the Dots, and Spirituality & Leadership. 

 

In addition to our speaker-led development sessions, participants also received professional headshots, Clifton StrengthsFinders assessments with customized feedback on leveraging their leadership strengths,  invites to networking events, a program graduation banquet, and connections that will last a lifetime.
